The Captiva Sandflower is a private home on legendary Captiva Island located in southwest Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is in Sunset Captiva, a private community with pool, tennis courts, a boardwalk that takes you to the beach from the pool area and a boat dock on the bay.

 

The Captiva Sandflower has the best location on the island...walking distance to "Downtown Captiva" (the only 4-way stop on the island) for dinner, music and The Island Store, yet still far enough away to be quiet when you want to relax.

 

Across the island's only paved road is the community's boat dock, located next to Jensen's Marina where you can pick up some bait to catch dinner if you want to test your fishing skills!

Pine Island Sound is known for some of the best fishing around bring your rod and tackle box!

 

 

Amenities

The Captiva Sandflower has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and can sleep up to eight people. The front of the house (the entrance is the back of the house) has both a screened porch and a sundeck that overlook the tennis courts, pool and the sea pines that border the beach. The house is approximately 200 yards from the gulf. A perfect stroll to catch sunset before dinner!
